Payment
Do you accept insurance?
At this time, Supportive Speech only accepts private pay. However, you may be able to seek reimbursement from your health insurance company if your policy includes out-of-network benefits. Being an out-of-network practice allows us to dictate the best course of treatment for the patient based on the practitioner expertise and family needs, rather than the insurance company having the ability to determine the treatment plan.
Payment methods accepted: cash, check, or Zelle
What is a superbill?
Isabella can provide you a "Superbill". This is a receipt of services for you to get reimbursed with your insurance company. Isabella cannot guarantee reimbursement, as insurance plans vary. Once Isabella provides a superbill at the end of each calendar month, it is between you and your coverage plan to get reimbursed. Please contact Isabella if you have additional questions!
What is your cancellation policy?
A full session fee will be charged if there is a “no show” or late cancellation (less than 12 hours notice) to the scheduled appointment.
